Shipping is provided through UPS. Should you need your package shipped expeditiously, please let us know!
*We offer a flat $8 shipping charge, and orders of $85 or more qualify for free shipping*! (to one location; not including wholesale, or rush orders.)
Depending on the nature of your order, ("ready to ship" or "customized") your purchase will be shipped out as soon as it is completed, approximately 1 week after your order has been placed. You will receive an email with tracking information, notifying you of its status.
Should your purchase be a "Special Order" please provide your preferred delivery date at the time of checkout, in the "Special Instructions" section, so that we can work together to realistically meet your expectations.
In the unfortunate situation of a damaged package, please contact info@jamcatcandles.com and provide photos of the damage, along with photos of the internal contents of the box or envelope.
A claim will then be filed.
You may be asked to return the items to your local post office for an inspection.
